SVMA 2011

My Friends, Cheryl and Paul Grammens, stopped by Sonoma to see a bit of my work, which was a benefit for the Sonoma Valley Museum of Art(SVMA).(We are nothing without sweet supportive friends!) Here are a few of their photos:

The Sonoma Valley Museum of Art is pleased to host several events throughout the year. I'll have some work in this year's holiday show.

Art Card Sample Holiday Party & Friend Raiser

Saturday, December 10th, 5-7pm at SVMA
near the square in Sonoma, CA

Join us for a holiday party and be here for the first view of the Art Cards exhibition and sale. These are miniature works made by artists and friends of the Museum-people like Lawrence Ferlinghetti, Keith Wicks and Larry Thomas, among others. We expect to have about 200 miniature works of art for holiday giving or for your own collection!

Enjoy holiday refreshments and show your support of the Museum. Cards are priced at just $49. You have the opportunity to both support the Museum and get a one-of-a-kind holiday gift!

Artists are not identified until after purchase-there are going to be some incredible surprises!

Today's Thought

Today's Thought 12/3/11:
If folks used their ears as much as their voice, we might have a different community.

If folks used their voice as much as their intentions, we might have a different community.

If folks used their intentions to replace their wallets, we might have a different community.

If folks didn't have to use their wallets in order to save their intentions, we'd certainly have a different community.

Spend your intentions as though there's no need to save.
